  1. When stripped of everything, what really matters most is love, home, food and health ( not necessarily in that order).

  2. You can do more than you think. You never thought you could stay at home for months but you did. You never thought you can add one more chore to your busy day, but you did.

  3. You can cook! No need for cooking classes and recipe books, you simply search for a recipe and you have a plethora of recipes and videos to choose from.

  4. You can learn to do anything when push comes to shove. You can raise a garden, you can follow a YouTube yoga class, you can learn to cut hair.

  5. We need each other! Your smile, your hello, and expression of gratitude matters.

  6. You can lose weight if you put some thought into it. Just walking for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week and a PALEO diet will do it, for good!

  7. You like your neighbors!

  8. You can be more patient and understanding.

  9. It’s a better world when people are nice!

  10. Your day starts and ends with habits. If you want to accomplish your New Year’s resolution, just think of adding it into your routine of the day and you will get there!
